Tajwid – the rules for “proper” pronunciation when reciting the Qur’an – is obligatory to learn. Under the tutelage of a qualified Qur’an teacher who has received an ‘ijazah, or “authorisation” to teach, students will learn the rules needed to recite the Book of Allah as it was intended to be recited. The instructor has developed a unique syllabus and a unique and engaging style of teaching. The course is thorough, practical, taught step-by-step, and personally fulfilling.
